1) Who We Are

Analyst provides tools to upload or connect datasets, run analyses, generate charts, and produce reports and insights. Some features may be powered by third-party services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
• You may not share accounts in a way that undermines access controls or usage limits.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms.

If you connect a third-party integration, you authorize Analyst to access that service and retrieve data according to the permissions you grant. Third-party services are not under our control and may change or restrict their APIs at any time.

5) Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• Paid plans (if offered) renew on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• Billing is handled through our payment provider(s). Your payment details are processed by them.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may update pricing or plan features in the future; changes apply prospectively where required by law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs (including AI-generated summaries) will be accurate for every use case. You are responsible for verifying results before making decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Analyst will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if needed to protect the Services, other users, or third parties.
